Really Ready Tools, Inc. grants a 30 day license for use of this software product (QwikAccess IM Away), starting from the date of receipt, after which time said software product must be registered with Really Ready Tools, Inc. with appropriate compensation and registration forms. Software product may not be used beyond 30 day licensing period unless the above stated conditions are satisfied.
This Really Ready Tools software product may not be distibuted in any form for profit without the explicit written agreement of Really Ready Tools, Inc. Exceptions are; distribution on electronic information services, electronic bulletin board distribution and distribution on Shareware compulation CD's, provided the entire software product; software, documentation and License Agreement is included.
THE REALLY READY TOOLS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FURTHER, REALLY READY TOOLS DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS THAT THE REALLY READY TOOLS PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM BUGS OR THAT ITS USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE, OF THE REALLY READY TOOLS PRODUCT IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
Really Ready Tools, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to the purchaser's computer hardware, software or data and in no event will Really Ready Tools, Inc., its officers, directors, employees or agents be responsible to the purchaser for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the Really Ready Tools, Inc. product, even if Really Ready Tools, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Licensee understands that Really Ready Tools is not responsible for and will have no liability for computer hardware, software, or other items or any services provided by any persons other than Really Ready Tools. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others which vary from U.S. state/jurisdiction to state/jurisdiction. Some states and jurisdictions in the United States, do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied Warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
